When are my Appointments?
PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING WHEN BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATIONS:
ALL DMO'S (Destination Marketing Organizations):
Your marketplace appointments will take place on Sunday, November 8th and Monday, November 9th. Therefore, although it is not NECESSARY for you to remain at this event after Monday - you are more than welcome to take advantage of the sessions and networking events that will take place after that point, which include Open Marketplace and Buyer / Seller Round Table and the Annual Awards Dinner on the Monday evening.
ALL SELLERS (excluding DMO's):
Open Marketplace and Buyer / Seller Round Table are on Monday, November 9th. Your marketplace appointments will take place on Tuesday November 10th, and Wednesday, November 11th.
ALL BUYERS (Tour Operators): Your marketplace appointments are continuous throughout the entire Marketplace & Conference, beginning the morning of Sunday, November 8th and ending the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11th!
